Highland Honey Shaker Cabinets
Honey Shaker is Highland's warm honey-stained shaker — solid wood five-piece with visible grain. Sits between Newport (cinnamon) and Toffee on the wood-tone scale. Light enough to feel airy, dark enough to read clearly as wood.

About Highland Honey Shaker
Highland Honey Shaker cabinets — what to know
The style
Why homeowners pick it
Honey is a warm amber stained shaker that lets the wood grain show through — softer and more residential than dark espresso, more substantial than light oak. The right pick for buyers who want visible wood without committing to a full mid-century look.
Construction
How Honey Shaker is built
Highland's American face-framed construction. Drawer boxes are dovetailed solid wood with 1/2" thick sides riding on full-extension undermount soft-close steel slides — they pull out completely and lift off for cleaning. Doors are full-overlay 5-piece birch wood on a birch wood face frame, hung on 6-way adjustable hidden hinges with soft-close. The cabinet box is 1/2" plywood reinforced with metal “L” brackets, with 3/4" stretchers on the back and a 4-1/2" recessed toe kick. All interiors get a clear-coat UV finish.
South Florida fit
How it works in our climate
Stained woods need to handle Florida's humidity cycles without checking or fading. The UV-cured stain seals the grain, and the 5-piece birch construction tolerates seasonal expansion and contraction better than veneered MDF.
Pairings
Countertops, hardware, and where it fits
Pairs warmly with cream or beige quartz, travertine, terracotta tile, brushed brass or oil-rubbed bronze hardware, and tile floors. Common in Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and Stuart Mediterranean-style kitchens.
