The advantages

Why Homeowners Choose Granite

Granite is a 100% natural igneous stone quarried in blocks and cut into slabs, so every piece has unique veining, movement, and mineral color. Here is why it remains a favorite countertop in Palm Beach County kitchens and outdoor spaces.

Naturally Durable

Dense natural stone that stands up to daily prep, knives, and busy family kitchens.

Heat Resistant

Granite handles hot pots and pans better than most surfaces; we still suggest trivets to protect the finish.

One-of-a-Kind

Sealed for Stain Resistance

A periodic sealer keeps granite stain-resistant against wine, coffee, and oil, we apply it at install and show you how.

Good to know

Granite Countertop FAQs

Does granite need to be sealed?
Yes. Granite is natural stone, so we apply a penetrating sealer at installation and recommend resealing periodically (often about once a year, depending on the color and how much you use it). Sealing keeps the surface stain-resistant, and it is a quick job we show you how to do.
Is granite heat resistant?
Granite is one of the more heat-tolerant countertop surfaces and handles hot cookware well. To protect the sealer and avoid thermal shock, we still recommend setting very hot pans on a trivet or hot pad.
Does granite stain?
Sealed granite is highly stain-resistant. Because it is natural stone, it can absorb liquids if the sealer wears thin, so wipe up wine, oil, and citrus promptly and reseal periodically to keep it protected.
Is granite or quartz better?
It depends on the look and upkeep you want. Granite is 100% natural stone with one-of-a-kind veining and excellent heat tolerance, but it needs periodic sealing. Quartz is engineered, very consistent, and does not require sealing. Many Palm Beach County homeowners choose granite for natural character and quartz for low-maintenance consistency.
How much do granite countertops cost?
Granite spans a wide range, standard colors are budget-friendly, while exotic slabs with bold movement cost more. Final pricing depends on the slab you choose, thickness, edge profile, square footage, cutouts, and installation. We provide a free, itemized quote so there are no surprises.
What are the best granite colors?
Classic blacks, warm Santa Cecilia golds, creamy whites, and dramatic blues and exotics are the most-requested granite looks in Palm Beach County. Our showroom carries 50+ colors so you can match your cabinets and lighting.
Where can I find granite countertops near me in Palm Beach County?
Our showroom is at 1960 W 9th St in Riviera Beach, and we fabricate and install granite countertops across all of Palm Beach County, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach.
