Remodeling West Palm Beach Homes Since 2017

West Palm Beach is the urban core of Palm Beach County and easily the city with the most architecturally diverse housing we work on. A single week might have us in a 1920s Mediterranean Revival in El Cid, a Mission-style bungalow in Flamingo Park, a post-war cottage in SoSo (South of Southern), a 1940s masonry ranch in Old Northwood, and a downtown waterfront high-rise condo. Add Grandview Heights, Northwood Village, Prospect Park, Ibis, and Mango Promenade and you've covered most of our West Palm work.

Historic-district work is a big part of what we do here. El Cid, Flamingo Park, Old Northwood, and several other neighborhoods are HPB-governed — any exterior-visible change (new windows, adding a range hood vent through an exterior wall, cutting a new kitchen window) triggers a Historic Preservation Board review. We prepare the HPB package in-house and have taken dozens of projects through the board successfully.

Condo work in the downtown towers is a different animal — strict work-hour windows, mandatory elevator protection, service-entrance-only delivery, and advance association approvals. We run those projects with a dedicated condo PM who coordinates the building manager, the HOA, and the condo's own engineering review.

West Palm Beach is also the most permit-active city we work in — the building department processes hundreds of residential permits per month, and turnaround can run 3–4 weeks on complex scopes. We compensate by submitting permit-ready drawings before contract signing so the approval clock starts as early as possible, minimizing dead time between contract and demo. For more on this, read what to know about condo and HOA kitchen remodels on our blog.
