Kitchen & Bath Remodeling in Wellington

Wellington is the winter equestrian capital of the United States — twelve weeks a year the village hosts top riders from around the world — and the housing stock reflects it. Wellington clients often need more than a single kitchen. Equestrian properties frequently include a barn kitchen or groom's quarters, guest-cottage baths, and outdoor kitchens near the pool. We spec commercial-grade ranges and vent hoods in the main kitchen (serious entertaining during the winter season), large catering prep zones, butler's pantries with sinks and second dishwashers, and mudroom-scale drop zones engineered for muddy boots and wet tack.

Permits go through the Village of Wellington, and equestrian properties may require additional review depending on how close the renovation is to the barn structure or agricultural zoning line. Nearly every gated Wellington community requires an architectural review board submittal — we prepare the package and walk it through approval as part of the project scope.

Wellington's Winter Equestrian Festival runs January through April, which means some clients need projects completed before the season starts in late December or want work done in the off-season May through October window. We plan project timing around the festival calendar so renovation disruption doesn't overlap with the weeks when the estate is fully occupied by guests.
