About Fabuwood Nexus
Fabuwood Nexus cabinets — what to know
The style
Why homeowners pick it
Nexus is Fabuwood's widest-rail framed shaker — 3-3/4" stiles and rails. The wider rail gives the door real visual weight, which is the right call in larger traditional Palm Beach County kitchens where the cabinetry should feel furniture-like rather than minimal.
Construction
How Nexus is built
Nexus uses the Allure construction (framed vs. frameless explained) platform shared across Tuscany, Galaxy, Luna, Fusion, Echo, and Luxe — solid wood stile and rail frames, mortise-and-tenon joinery, MDF veneered center panels, Blum soft-close hinges, dovetail drawer boxes, and full-extension concealed runners.
South Florida fit
How it works in our climate
Nexus is the right pick when the homeowner specifically wants a traditional kitchen with substantial cabinetry. South Florida Kitchen & Bath Design helps pair it with the right countertop and hardware so the room reads architectural rather than dated.
Pairings
Countertops, hardware, and where it fits
Nexus pairs with traditional countertop and hardware specifications — marble, honed granite, polished-nickel or unlacquered brass hardware, crown molding, and furniture-style island feet. A strong choice for estate-style remodels in Palm Beach and equestrian Wellington homes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Fabuwood Nexus
How wide are Fabuwood Nexus rails?
Nexus stiles and rails are 3-3/4" wide — wider than Tuscany (~3") and significantly wider than Galaxy (2-1/4"). The wider rail gives the door more presence and works in larger rooms.
Is Fabuwood Nexus only available in Frost?
Frost is the Signature finish. Nexus is also offered in the Designer Collection palette: Cloud White, Denim Blue, Hunter Green, Ocean Blue, Pitch Black, and Sage Green.
Will Fabuwood Nexus look too traditional in a modern home?
Possibly — Nexus reads traditional. If you want a similar framed-shaker silhouette with a more contemporary feel, Galaxy is the closer match.
