Delray Beach has one of the most distinctive housing stocks in Palm Beach County — a blend of 1920s Mediterranean Revival cottages, mid-century coastal ranches, and modern luxury condos along A1A. Our remodels here range from preservation-minded work in the Lake Ida historic district and Seagate, to contemporary open-plan renovations in Tropic Isle and the waterfront homes off East Delray, to downtown condos around Pineapple Grove and the Mizner Park area.

Delray clients tend to want warmth — natural white oak cabinets, zellige or handmade terracotta tile, brass hardware with some patina, and honed stone over polished. Permitting goes through the City of Delray Beach — and for homes in the Marina Historic District or the Old School Square designated area, we handle the additional HPB (Historic Preservation Board) review when exterior-visible changes are involved.

For non-historic properties east of Congress we typically see normal building-department turnaround of 10–14 business days on permit submittals.
