Jupiter is one of the most varied cities we serve. Either way we pull every permit, schedule every inspection, and close everything out before final walkthrough — you never deal with the jurisdiction yourself.

Jupiter's building department has become one of the more digitally efficient in the county — permit submittals go through their online portal and turnaround for straightforward kitchen and bath scopes runs about 10–15 business days. For work inside the Abacoa DRI or PUD, there are additional design-review layers, but we've processed those before and factor the timeline in upfront.
